What’s the story?
Speakeasies existed because someone decided what you were and weren’t allowed to have. Eau’dacity is a hidden perfume bar with two seats, inspired by my years in Chicago, and it runs on the same defiance. You’re told what’s trending and what to buy, but do you want to smell like an algorithm?
Your nose knows
You’d have to stop breathing to avoid scent. We can’t turn it off, so why aren’t we paying more attention to it? Here, it gets your attention. I guide you through the chemistry and charm of perfume while you explore fragrance with purpose. Every accord on the bar is built in-house from raw aroma chemicals, so you’re smelling every part of a scent, not something off the shelf.
The only thing that influences you is your nose.
Screens off, senses on
I trained as a chef, and what makes a chef happy is delighting the senses. Cooking is how we show others love. Perfume is how we show ourselves love. So take this time to focus on you and what you like. How will you scent your self-expression?

I’m Vivian, and I’ll be guiding you through your experience. I’ve been designing experiences for twenty years in culinary, tech, and non-profits. I started this venture because I love creativity and freedom. That’s what I want for you in my speakeasy too. I want you to leave thinking two things:
